Why A to Z in a Bread Maker?

'A to Z in a Bread Maker' is a category that I created for recipes that requires nothing but the bread maker to complete its baking. Besides baking loaf recipes, I will use bread maker to bake rolls, cake, and many more. So stay tune to my blog to discover more on what you can do with a bread maker.

Here is the first recipe for A to Z in a Bread Maker!
Let the bread maker do the work to create a beautiful dough, and use the hands' magic touch to create the rolls then back to the bread maker to bake the rolls!

Ingredients for Dough:
375gm Bread Flour
30gm Sugar
3/4tsp Fine Salt
20gm Butter (Salted)
1tsp Instant Yeast
240gm Milk
------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients for Filling:
Some Soften (not melted) Butter *I used salted butter to balance the sweetness*
A handful of Raisins
80gm Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder

*if you need more, just double up the ratio accordingly*

Method:
  1. Put all the ingredients in bread maker (first in: wet ingredients / last in: yeast) and run it on Dough mode
  2. Once done with Dough mode, remove the dough then give it a good punch and roll, then flatten the dough
  3. Spread the soften butter all over the dough. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough
  4. Sprinkle with raisins (can also use nuts such as walnuts or pecans)
  5. Role up dough and pinch edge together to seal. Cut the roll into smaller slices and place cinnamon roll slices in the bread maker pan. Let rise until dough is doubled, about 45 minutes
  6. After proofing, place the pan in the bread maker and turn on the Bake mode
  7.  Bake for about 25-30 minutes (please adjust the baking time according to your preferences on the crust)

    1. Sure! you just need to watch out the kneading time for the dough.
