A to Z in a Bread Maker: Blueberry Rolls

By 16:35:00 , , , ,

Here is another A to Z in a Bread Maker recipe, the ingredients and steps are almost similar to the Cinnamon Rolls (just different filling).

Blueberry Rolls

Ingredients for Bread Dough:
375gm Bread Flour
240gm Milk
30gm Brown Sugar
3/4tsp Salt
20gm Butter
1tsp Instant Yeast

Ingredients for Filling:
Bluberry Jam (I used St. Daflour Wild Bluberry)

  1. Put all the ingredients in bread maker pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer (usually wet ingredients go in first)
  2. Select Dough setting and let it run till it ends
  3. Once it is done, take out the dough and give a good punch then flatten the dough (2cm thick)
  4. Spread the Bluberry jam on the dough
  5. Role up dough and pinch edge together to seal, then cut into smaller slices and place the rolls in the bread maker pan to let it proof for 45 minutes or until it doubled in size.
  6. Now turn the bread maker to Bake setting and let it bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Tips: You can store the leftover dough in the freezer for your next baking session, just need to thaw the dough to room before you start kneading and shaping it
