By 23:01:00 , , , , , ,

Today is one of the day that I do grocery shopping with my darling boy after work. As usual, I will take my own sweet time strolling supermarket aisles and by the time I finishes with my shopping I'm too tired to cook dinner...LOL!

Thank God for Philips Airfryer because I can cook up a delicious and flavorsome meals with the least effort! AirBaked Chicken in a Bag is a simple and easy dish and you only need 5 ingredients to cook up this scrumptious meal.

This Chicken in a Bag is "almost" a balance meal - you get the vegetables and meat all in a bag that is bursting with flavor!

Believe or not.....I still have some tiny bits of energy left in me after work, shopping, cooking, eating and washing up....and writing this post to share with all of you this amazing recipe!
AirBaked Chicken in a Bag

2 Chicken Breast Halves
1 Carrot (thinly sliced)
1 Lemon (halves)
Bunch of Sage
Butter

Directions:
  • Preheat the Airfryer at 190°C
  • Divide the sliced carrots among 2 parchment paper (cut into a square shape) and add a good knob of butter and some seasoning (salt and pepper)

  • Lay chicken breast on top of the carrots slices, add few sage leaves, a squeeze of lemon juice and another knob of butter

  • Seal the parchment paper by folding all four corners and put the bag on the baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until the carrot feels soft (repeat for the other bag as this recipe yields to 2 bags!)

  • Split open the bag and serve!
