Wholemeal Black Sesame Loaf

First time experimenting with Black Sesame (powder form) in my baking. The bread is soft and packed wholesome goodness and most importantly it is homemade with love.

Wholemeal Black Sesame Loaf:

230gm Bread Flour
145gm Wholemeal Flour
30gm Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
20gm Butter (Salted)
1 tsp Instant Yeast
240gm Milk
4 tbsp Black Sesame Powder

Bread Maker Method: 
Place all the wet ingredients then follow by dry ingredients, lastly add in the yeast. 
Turn on the bread maker to Basic Mode with Light Crust and 1.5lbs. 
This recipe will yield a small and short loaf.

Non Bread Maker Method:
Mix bread flour, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl. Add in salt and milk into the dough using a low speed then slowly change to medium speed to knead it into shiny and smooth texture. 
Add the butter then knead using medium speed until it starts to form a shiny and smooth dough. 
Proof the dough until it double in size for about 45 minutes to an hour (varies depending on you kitchen temperature). 
Flatten the dough into a rectangle shape and roll it up. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then place it on the baking tray and let it proof for another 50 minutes before baking. 
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
