Take-Two: AirBaked Buttery Dinner Rolls with Strawberry Jam

By 10:20:00 , , , , , , , , ,

Using the leftover dough from AirBaked Buttery Dinner Rolls to create these little buns with strawberry jam in it!

What could be more satisfying than having freshly baked warm buns with my favorite jam in it for breakfast! I bet those jam-lovers will love this recipe as there is no complicated steps in making these fluffy and jam-filled buns. All you need is a jar of your favorite jam and some bread dough (for me that would be from the leftover dough from yesterday's baking).

Easy breakfast for a lazy Saturday!

AirBaked Buttery Dinner Rolls with Strawberry Jam

Bread Dough:
1 cup Fresh Milk (room temperature)
114gm Butter (softened)
63gm Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Salt
508gm Bread Flour
2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast

Filling:
Strawberry Jam (I used St. Daflour)

Glaze (optional):
Some Melted Butter

Directions:

  • In bread maker pan, put all the ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer, or in the order listed here.
  • Select Dough setting. When the cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and punch the air out.
  • Divide dough into 22 portions and form into balls which are round. Flatten the small portion dough and put the strawberry jam filling and wrap it.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and let it proof for another 30 minutes or until the dough have roughly doubled in size.
  • Preheat the AirFryer at 160°C.
  • AirBake these buns at 160°C for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Brush some melted butter once the buns are done!
